Sin, Savior, Repeat | Judges 3:5-11
This Sunday we finally get to the first Judge in the book of Judges. Othniel is presented as the ideal judge who sets the standard for every other judge. Othniel was a great leader and God used him to deliverer his People. Even though Othniel was a great leader, he like every other leader eventually die. Othniel points us to a greater leader, Jesus Christ who gave of himself to die not for political or military peace, but for our salvation.
